Why We Built This Site
Michigan makes a great deal of court and law-enforcement information available, but the difficulty is working out which office keeps the piece you want. A warrant rarely sits in one place. The court that issues the paper sets the charge and the bond. The sheriff's office serves the process and can say whether it is still outstanding. A bench warrant for a missed court date stays with the judge who set the case, which is often the district court rather than the county at large. Michigan has no public statewide warrant lookup, so the warrant stays with the issuing court or agency and nowhere else.
It is easy to check one office, come up empty, and wrongly conclude that nothing is pending. We gather the contact details, court routes, and request steps for these offices into one place, so a search starts at the right counter instead of the nearest one.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Michigan court, sheriff's office, or state agency. The limits are real:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant in any system
- We cannot post bond or accept payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a warrant applies to one person's situation
- We cannot promise that every number, fee, or listing on this site is current today
Only the court that issued the paper or the sheriff's office that holds it can confirm whether a Delta County warrant exists or has been recalled. We point you toward the right office, and the answer comes from them.
Search Partners
Some pages here carry search boxes that outside companies operate. Those companies set their own prices and run their own services. If one of those tools leads you to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee, and that revenue keeps this site free to read. We do not control what those tools charge or what their results contain, and their data is not an official warrant check.
